FOR FACULTY, STAFF, & STUDENTS •The Office of Student Activities will be selling Red Sox tickets on Wednesday, September 7th, 2005 from 4:30-6:30pm in the Linda K. Paresky Conference Center •Tickets will be sold for the September 15th and 16th games against the Oakland Athletics •Each ticket for both games (on the 15th & 16th) costs $23.00 •Both games are scheduled to begin at 7:05pm
EXPLANATION OF RAFFLE •Each person participating in the raffle will be given a raffle number upon entering the Conference Center (if you did not pick one up prior). All raffle numbers will be placed into a container. A raffle number will be randomly selected from the container. The selling of the tickets will begin with the person whose raffle number was selected and will continue with the next greater number. •Tickets will be limited to 2 per purchaser. (in other words 2 tickets total between both games) •You or your proxy must be present, have your raffle ticket, and Simmons ID with you to purchase tickets. •If you did not receive a raffle number, you will have the opportunity to purchase tickets after the first round of raffle numbers concludes. •If tickets are still available after the first round of selling and after those that did not originally receive a raffle number have the opportunity to purchase tickets, you may purchase more tickets. •Only cash and checks will be accepted. Exact cash is very much appreciated. Please make checks out to Simmons College. •ALL SALES ARE FINAL
OBTAINING A RAFFLE TICKET •Raffle tickets may be picked up in W-002 (Office of Leadership & First Year Programs) for the September 7th raffle date between 9:00A.M. and 3:00P.M. on Wednesday, September 7th. Tickets will also be available at the door of the Linda K. Paresky Conference Center from 4:30-4:45P.M.
