A deadline of October 7, 2005 has been set for the activation of all organizations, liaisons, and hall councils.
The requirements for activation are as follows:
*Completion of the Activation Packet distributed by SGA and put in all organization mailboxes. This includes an Organization Record Form, Constitution, Simmons College Hazing Policy Form, and Public Performance of Videos and DVD’s form. Additional packets are available in W008.
*President & Treasurer appointed or elected
*Financial training of the organization’s president and treasurer
*Identification of the organization’s SAARB and SGA representative and attendance at meetings
These requirements are necessary for access to the organization’s account and for the ability to request funding from the Student Finance Board.
Additional dates have been set for President/Treasurer Financial training:
*Friday, September 30, 10:00AM-11:00AM Faculty/Staff Dining Room
*Tuesday, October 4, 2:00PM-3:00PM Faculty/Staff Dining Room
*Wednesday, October 5, 10:00AM-11:00AM Faculty/Staff Dining Room
