On October 26, 2005 at 6:30pm, Sima Wali, an Afghan woman, will be giving a talk about the rebuilding of Afghanistan's government and the potential role of women in it.
The talk will be in Alumnae Hall from 6:30-8:00pm. It is free, but t-shirts and pins will be sold donations are welcome.
The event is co-sponsored by Amnesty International, Feminist Union, Women's Center, PoliSci/IR liaison, Women's Studies program, the Warburg program, and the Northeast Regional office.
