The final day for ALL financial transactions (reimbursements, advances, and return of advances) will be Friday, December 16, 2005.
We will not be giving out any advances after this date.
Accounts will be frozen until outstanding advances are returned.
We will not honor any reimbursements for this semester after this date.
Please pick-up outstanding reimbursements for your organization before you leave for the winter break
After this date, we will only accept deposits, purchase orders and check requests.
The SGA has voted on this months budget requests, check your organization mailbox for your memo explaining what you received.
Budget requests for the month of January will be due to the Office of Student Activities on Friday, January 20th, 2006 by 4:30PM.
