Technology services availability during Intersession

Media Services and Help Desk
During Intersession (Monday, December 19, 2005 - Monday, January 16, 2006) the Help Desk and Media Services will be open only during regular college hours. That means generally Monday - Friday, 8:30-4:30. But we will close for the break at noon on December 23 and re-open January 3 at 8:30 am. We will be closed Saturdays and Sundays. We will resume our regular hours on Tuesday, January 17.
Information Commons Technology Desk
The Technology Desk on the 2nd floor of the library will be open during library hours; see http://my.simmons.edu/library/hours.shtml for details.
Language Lab
The Language Lab (C-311) will not be open during Intersession. For assistance, please call (617-521-2765) or come to Media Services (P-108).
Emergencies
As always, if there is an emergency affecting technology when the Help Desk is closed, please call Public Safety.
