Those interested in meditating are invited to join a weekly meditation group that meets every Tuesday from 11 to 11:30 a.m. in room P-208. It is recommended that you bring a meditation cushion, pillow or blanket to sit on. Beginners are welcome and will be taught basic breath meditation.
