Critical Voicemail Maintenance, today, May 31, at 5:00PM

To correct a malfunction in the voicemail system (details below), the system will need to be shutdown for about 10 minutes at 5pm this evening, May 31, 2006. This will result in unanswered calls and auto attended lines not being answered by voicemail. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Help Desk at x2222.
Details: Currently, composing a message within the voicemail system and sending it to a voicemail box will result in the message being lost. This problem DOES NOT affect calls that are picked up by voicemail when a caller does not answer or is busy on another line. This problem will be corrected by the maintenance at 5pm.
