IMPORTANT: Student Payroll Schedule

This message applies to the payroll time sheets for General students and Work Study students.
Because of the break between the academic school year and summer, there will be a change in the standard two-week pay schedule for students. As reflected in the Student Payroll Schedules issued by the Payroll Department, the student hours worked this week, May 14th through the 20th, a one week period, are to be submitted to the Payroll Department by this Monday, May 22nd at 10:30 a.m. These hours will be paid on Friday, May 26th.
The Hours for May 21st though May 27th, again a one week period, are to be submitted to the Payroll Department on Friday, May 26th. Remember, Monday the 29th is a holiday. Those hours will be paid on Friday, June 2nd. Beginning with the May 28th pay period, you will resume reporting hours on the usual two week basis.
The two weeks given above must be submitted on two separate time sheets. If these hours are submitted together on one timesheet, they will be returned and payment will be delayed.
