Help Desk
During the summer, Help Desk assistance is available:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am - 7:30 pm
- Friday-Saturday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Information Commons Technology Desk
The Technology Desk on the 1st floor of the main campus library will be open during Library hours; see http://my.simmons.edu/library/hours.shtml for details.
Language Lab
Videotapes, DVDs and other non-print media on reserve are available for checkout from Media Services in P108. There are 3 group study rooms on the first floor of the new library available for watching VHS tapes and DVDs. Students, faculty, and staff may also contact Media Services and request access to the Language Lab C311; someone will facilitate entry to C311 as staffing is available. For assistance or if you have questions, please call Media at 617-521-2765.
Media Services
During the summer, Media Services is open and supporting events and classes:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am - 9 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
SOM Lab
The School of Management Lab is staffed during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Saturday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

As always, if there is an emergency affecting technology when the Help Desk is closed, please call Public Safety.
