This is a reminder that all hours worked by General and Work Study students should be submitted on the pre-formatted timesheets located on the Payroll & Benefits website.

You should no longer be using the old white (General), pink (on-campus Work Study) or green (off-campus Work Study) time sheets.

Also those departments who have created their own Excel student timesheets must no longer use them.

The new timesheets have been designed to streamline your efforts. The fixed automatic calculations of total hours and gross pay will save you time in preparing the time sheets and ensure the accuracy of each student’s pay.

If you have any questions regarding the time sheets, please call the Payroll Office at ext. 2013.
