Attention Representatives to the Undergraduate Student Organization Fair

In preparation for the annual Undergraduate Student Organization Fair & BBQ that will be held on September 8th, 2006 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. we are asking that you arrive on the Residence Campus Quad at 3:00 p.m. to set up your organization or department’s table so that we can begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. Each organization and department that is confirmed by September 1, 2006 will be pre-assigned a table (and two chairs). On the day of the Fair, please check in with a member of the Office of Student Leadership and Activities to receive your table assignment.
Student Organizations: Items that you may want to include at your table are your organization’s constitution, photos of your activities, posters from past events, details of open positions within your organization, information on how to become a member, sign-up sheets, pens, and paper. In addition, we request that you advertise the Fair to your members and encourage them to be present as well.
We will try to accommodate all undergraduate student organizations but cannot guarantee that any undergraduate student organization signing up for the Fair after the September 1st deadline will receive a table. Additional tables for unconfirmed organizations will be assigned to two organizations per table on a first come-first served basis.
