Budget Training for those organizations requesting funds for September will be on Wednesday, September 6 from 3:30-5PM in the Special Functions Room (during the normal SGA meeting time). YOU MUST RSVP to studentactivities@simmons.edu by September 4 to attend. Organizations requesting funding may have either their President or Treasurer attend this training in order to request funding. Before the next budget request deadline, both the President and Treasurer must be trained.
Budget requests for the month of September will be due to the Office of Student Leadership and Activities, W-002, by Monday, September 11th, 4:30PM.
The next Budget Training will be held on Saturday, September 16th during the annual Fall Leadership Training Day; you will receive further information about the Fall Leadership Training Day later in the summer. This training will be offered 3 times during this day. Please note that this training is mandatory for all Presidents and Treasurers. In addition, both the President and Treasurer of an organization must be trained in order to receive funding. After this date, Budget Trainings will only be offered on a monthly basis.
