Sophomores and juniors of diverse backgrounds: apply to “Mosaic,” a new and unique multicultural mentoring program!

Mosaic gives sophomores and juniors of diverse backgrounds the opportunity to meet accomplished Simmons alumnae who work in their career field of interest. Through the program, students have the opportunity to shadow an alumna – also from a diverse background – at her workplace. Selected students will travel to meet their mentor one-on-one for one or two business days, all expenses paid by Simmons.

Mosaic offer students valuable insights into professional leadership qualities and skills, as well as the opportunity to continue connecting with mentors and other Mosaic participants after successful completion of the shadowing experience. Mosaic is open to traditional, full-time sophomores and juniors in the undergraduate program who are from an ethnically diverse background, such as Black or African American, Asian American, Latina, or Native American.
