Simmons Vista - Response Time Was Slower Than Normal

Update: The issue was resolved at approximately 2 pm September 14, when UMass Online completed their server work.
Original post: On September 14, around 10 am, Technology received word from UMass Online that their Vista server cluster was experiencing heavier than normal traffic and that Simmons Vista users may experience slow response times.
UMass Online will be adding additional servers to the cluster today, and we expect the problem to be fully resolved before the end of the day.
