Date: December 11, 2006 To: All Organizations From: Michelle Vital, Business Manager RE: End of The Semester Wrap-Up

•All Financial Transactions must be completed by Monday, December 19, 2006 at 4:30 pm

•This includes all reimbursements, deposits, check requests and advances.

•Please be advised that any financial transactions requested after December 19, 2006 will not be honored

•We will only accept Return of Advances after this time. Please turn them in at the Office of Student Leadership and Activities (W002).

•Failure to complete transactions before December 19, 2006 will result in your account being FROZEN until everything is taken care of in the spring. This means that your account will be frozen through out the winter break and will not be accessible again until January 17, 2007 the earliest.
