This is a reminder that this week is a one week student payroll. The hours worked December 10th through the 16th are due in the Payroll Office this Monday, December 18th, no later than 10:30 a.m. Any timesheets received after 10:30 will be processed in the following payroll in January. Please note that student checks will be held at the Cashier’s Window on December 22nd only until 11:00 a.m., at which time all unclaimed checks from the past semester will be mailed to the address of record.
Any student on the payroll system that has moved in the past year and not reported a change of address directly with the Payroll Department should do so in writing before the close of Tuesday, December 19th in order to ensure that her 2006 W-2 Form will be sent to the correct address.
