A new series of weekly WeightWatchers@ Work sessions starts on Jan. 12. Anyone wanting to sign up or ask questions about the Weight Watchers program may attend a meeting at noon on Friday, Jan. 5 in the Shepard Room in the MCB, or you may also just show up on the 12th. Participants may also join at subesequent meetings, which are held on Fridays at noon in the Shepard Room. (The location is subject to change, so please check the schedule in the front lobby) The cost is $130 for 10 weeks; those who join later will have their fee prorated.
