If you receive an error, such as “login failed” when logging into remote.simmons.edu, please contact the Help Desk at 617-521-2222 or helpdesk@simmons.edu. A small percentage of users have experienced problems logging into remote.simmons.edu, due to an upgrade to the College’s Windows Active Directory servers. These servers primarily provide authentication services (username and password) for PC and Macintosh computers, and access services (what files/folders you can get to).
