On Friday, January 5, Technology will begin upgrades to the College’s Windows Active Directory servers. These servers primarily provide authentication services (username and password) for PC and Macintosh computers, access services (what files/folders you can get to). This upgrade should be transparent to users and not have any impact. However, if you do experience problems logging in, printing, or accessing files or services, or connecting to remote.simmons.edu, please let us know immediately by calling the Help Desk at x2222.
