To Potential Professor Simmons 2007 Judges:
We are excited to see the interest generated by our invitations and we are looking to answer of your questions before the informational session.
The Professor Simmons Extravaganza is a faculty talent show/competition that we are hoping can become another wonderful Simmons tradition.
The Professor Simmons Extravaganza will consist of 3-4 areas of competition including a talent portion, Simmons College trivia, and participation points (generated in a variety of ways that will be discussed at the meeting). Our tentative date and time for this competition is Wednesday, April 11, 2007 around 6:00 p.m.
We hope to see you or a representative from your department at our informational meeting, Wednesday, February 7 at 5:30 p.m. in the Special Functions Room.
Here at Simmons, there truly are not enough events that bring the students and faculty together. We hope that this event will change that.
Last, we apologize if our teaser-style invitations were confusing and we hope that this message has cleared everything up.
