The Graduate Program in Primary Health Care Nursing is seeking Adults/Students to serve as volunteer patients for the Simmons College graduate students in Primary Health Care Nursing. These graduate nursing students are registered nurses training to be nurse practitioners. The volunteer patient’s involvement in the program includes one hour of answering questions about one’s medical history and one hour of being examined by a graduate student. Rectal and genital examinations are not done. The examinations will take place in the Simmons College Science Building Nursing Labs. The rotation will start March 12 and end April 30, 2007. The patient will receive $25.00 for the two-hour session.
