On Friday, March 23, Technology was able to work on connections underlying the cable television system in Simmons Hall. This work was scheduled for a later date, but was addressed earlier when it was determined that a resolution could be arranged quickly, without interference to the residents of Simmons Hall. On Monday and Tuesday, connections were re-tested and Technology believes that the long-standing reception issues (e.g. a fuzzy picture) within Simmons Hall have been resolved.

If you experience the “fuzzy” issue, or any other issue with your cable television on the residence campus, please email helpdesk@simmons.edu, or call 617-521-2222 and provide: your name, a description of the problem, your hall and room number, and the number on the cable jack into which your TV is plugged.
