Universal Health Care: Paving the Way towards a Healthy Society

The Simmons College Pre-Medical Club would like to invite you to a conference on Universal Health Care on April 12, 2007 at 6:00 pm. Speakers from Simmons College, BU School of Medicine, U. Mass Medical School and the Director of the Artists’ Foundation will cover hot topics such as access to care, inequalities in the US health care system and the economic feasiblity of health care reform. The evening will culminate in a speech by Jay Bhatt, the national AMSA president, and a candle light vigil on Longwood Avenue. The vigil will show our community support for the 40 million uninsured.

Refreshments will be provided.
