Would you like to help Simmons build a community that is committed to growing a culture that fosters awareness and inclusiveness, where community members are empowered and committed to an inclusive agenda?
Do you know someone who would be great in helping to support the development of innovative ideas, effective strategies, and allocation of resources to build a diverse community at Simmons?
Then nominate them or yourself to serve on The Diversity Council (TDC), a college-wide committee of faculty, staff and students.
Send student, staff, and/or faculty nominations to Michael Paul Melendez, Chair of The Diversity Council by Monday May 14. Please include the name of the person nominated, campus phone, and e-mail address along with a few sentences describing the background and experience the person would bring to TDC’s work.
