Simmons has made arrangements with a company called e-academy so that Simmons faculty, staff, and students have access to special Simmons pricing for a range of Microsoft software. The prices are well below retail, and significantly less expensive than traditional academic pricing (for example, through Dell or Apple.
This software can be used on your own computer, with no “strings attached,” unlike the software that is available through the bookstore for faculty and staff, which requires that you use it only for Simmons work purposes. You are limited to one copy of each title, and must fax or email a copy of your Simmons ID to complete your order. Incoming students may fax a copy of the acceptance letter.
