IMPORTANT: Regarding Work Study Referral Forms

The Work Study awards for 2007-2008 have not yet been loaded into the CASH system. Any Work Study Referral Forms that have been printed for the new fiscal year have pulled the award from the old 2006-2007 award and are therefore invalid.
The new awards are scheduled to be loaded in to CASH on June 29, 2007. New Work Study Referral Forms for the 2007-2008 fiscal year may be printed starting on July 2, 2007.
Also: regardless of when the student may be scheduled to work for a given department, the dates on the Referral Form must read 7/1/2007 to 5/16/2008. (Note: Work Study awards end early next year.) Partial year dates are unacceptable.
General Referral Forms for the new fiscal year may be printed now.
