BUDGET DATES TO REMEMBER
1.Budget Training Sessions
September 8, 2007
During the Student Organization Training Day
September 12, 2007 (rsvp by Sept.10)
3:30-5:00 p.m. L428
September 25, 2007 (rsvp by Sept.21)
3:30-5:00 p.m. Special Functions Room, 1st Floor, MCB
After this date, budget trainings will only be offered on a monthly basis.
Please noteIn order to attend budget training, presidents and treasurers MUST RVSP by emailing studentactivities@simmons.edu. You must attend the training in its entirety in order to receive credit for your attendance.*
2.Conference & Operational Budget Request Deadlines
DUE BY 4:30 PM IN THE SGA MAILBOX, W008
October 2, 2007 (Fall)
Operational budget allocation memos will be given by 4:30 p.m. October 11, 2007
Conference notification emails will be sent by 4:30 p.m. October 18, 2007
January 29, 2008 (Spring)
Operational budget allocation memos will be given by 4:30 p.m. February 7, 2008
Conference notification emails will be sent by 4:30 p.m. February 14, 2008

Please Note: Attendance at Budget Training, in its entirety, is mandatory for all Presidents and Treasurers. Only recognized undergraduate student organizations whose Presidents and Treasurers have attended budget training are eligible for funding.
For budget requests submitted for the September 14, 2007 deadline, organizations are only required to have either their president or treasurer attend budget training prior to this date. After this date, all presidents and treasurers will have to be trained in order to request funding.
