Mosaic is an alumnae-student multicultural mentoring program for students and alumnae of color for the purpose of life and career coaching. Simmons sophomores and juniors chosen will matched with an alumna for a one to two day job-shadowing experience hosted by a Simmons alumna of color. Travel and related expenses are paid for by the Office of Alumnae/i Relations.
