ATTENTION UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Money is available to support your research through the
ANNE COGHLAN FUND FOR STUDENT RESEARCH

THE ANNE COGHLAN FUND FOR STUDENT RESEARCH, established in honor of the College’s former Dean of Sciences, supports undergraduate student research in all disciplines. Grants will be made in amounts up to $250.

Awards will be made to support research expenses for which funds are not available through existing departmental budgets. Expenses may include the purchase of supplies, equipment, software, databases, and other research-related costs. Students who receive these grants must submit a final report to the Fund for Research Committee upon completion of the project. Grants are awarded for a period of up to one year.

The application form and guidelines may be found on the Sponsored Programs webpage at http://my.simmons.edu/services/gsp/fund.shtml. Submit completed applications to the Office of Sponsored Programs, L-433, MCB, by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2007.

If you have any questions, call Valerie Beaudrault in the Office of Sponsored Programs at x2415.
