The foundation for the final section of the building has been completed. On Thursday, October 4, we begin to erect the steel that will complete the building skeleton. A large crane will be brought in and deliveries of steel will increase. We expect the construction noise to be about the same with a few loud hammer bangs as they fit the steel together.
Intermittent closure of the exit driveway to Palace Road will be required while steel deliveries are backed into place above the old Palace Road ramp. Access to and from Avenue Louis Pasteur will be maintained at all times and the exit driveway will remain open after 3:00pm.
