Alex Yudelevich and Maile Macleod GNAC Tennis Player and Rookie of the Week

Boston, Mass. – Senior co-captain Alex Yudelevich (Houston, TX) was named Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Week and freshman Maile Macleod (Carlsbad, CA) was named GNAC Rookie of the Week, as announced by the conference on Tue., Oct. 30.
Yudelevich won two of her three matches last week. Both wins were at top singles, including an impressive win in the GNAC Championships against Suffolk University. Her only loss came in a close doubles match against eventual GNAC champion Suffolk on Oct. 28.
Macleod also won two of her three matches, winning two of her matches at the sixth spot in the GNAC semi-finals versus Johnson & Wales and in the GNAC finals against Suffolk University.
Yudelevich and Macleod were also named GNAC Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year, respectively.
