NEH is the largest funder of humanities programs in the United States. With a budget of more than $1 billion, the agency accomplishes its mission of promoting excellence in the humanities by providing grants for high-quality humanities projects in four funding areas: preserving and providing access to cultural resources; education; research; and public programs. We are pleased to support research and other humanities-related initiatives at neighboring institutions via this first-of-its-kind series of workshops, and hope that one or more of these offerings fit your interests and schedule.
