Students’ Paper Pay Stubs to Be Discontinued

Beginning with the payroll of Friday, November 16th, the paper pay stubs, for students who have direct deposit, will no longer be printed. Pay stub information for student direct deposits may be obtained through ADP iPay Statements. Instructions for iPay are available in the Payroll Office, W-105, the Cashier’s Window, W-207, and will appear shortly on the Payroll website on simmons.edu.

Direct deposit should be used by all students receiving wages from Simmons. Setting up direct deposit takes effect immediately, in most cases. For those students who have not yet signed up for direct deposit, they should do so by bringing a voided check or bank information document with them to the Payroll Office, W-105, and we will assist them in completing a form.

Go to http://simmons.edu; click on My Simmons in the upper right hand corner; click on Offices in the top right; and finally Payroll in the right hand column. The iPay directions bullet will be on the right side of the screen.
