Interested in a Workstudy Position? Enjoy working with children? Want a make a difference?
Apply to be a tutor in the Educations Sparks program. Choose from an array of subjects ranging from art to science. Tutors work two or more afternoons a week. Shifts are available Monday-Friday, from 3:00-5:30.

Education Sparks offers enriching curriculum based activities to children in grades k-5 at the Farragut Elementary School. Topics include: Art, Science, Words and Stories. The program runs every afternoon from 3-5:30 Monday- Friday for 8 weeks in both spring and fall. Tutors collaborate with coordinators to prepare materials and facilitate activities, help manage behavior issues and create and environment that is safe for student exploration and learning. Tutors commit to attending training and to working at least 2 afternoons a week.
