Technology Service Hours: December 21 through January 21

All Technology Service points, with the exception of the Information Commons Technology Desk, will close Thursday, December 20, at 4:30 when the College closes for Winter Break. The Technology Desk will close when the Library closes, at noon on Friday, December 21.
Help Desk and Media Services
The Help Desk and Media Services will re-open on January 2 at 8:30 am.
Through January 21, hours will be:
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Although the Help Desk will be closed, staff will periodically check voice mail, evenings until 6 pm, and over the weekends.
On Tuesday, January 22, regular Help Desk and Media Services hours will resume.
Information Commons Technology Desk
The Technology Desk on the 1st floor of the Beatley Library will re-open on January 2, at 8:30 am, and continue to observe Beatley Library hours.
Technology at the School of Management
Technology staff will be available at the School of Management from 7:30 am until 6:15 pm, Monday-Friday. Staff will deliver and test equipment. Assistance will not be available after 6:15 pm unless arrangements are made in advance.
Regular Technology staff hours at the SOM will resume on January 22.
