The Help Desk is delighted to welcome six new Wentworth co-op and Simmons student workers to our team: Chuck, Helen, Kristen, Sarah, Seng, and Wei. Each brings wonderful service and technical skills to the Help Desk.
When you get help from us, you will talk with one of these newcomers, or another Simmons student, co-op student from WIT, or the front-line support team. When you call 617-521-2222, option 8, or email us, you might also interact with: Aaron, Allison, Jae, Kristen, Justine, Matt, Marty, Michael, Nelson, Odetta, or Rakesh. They are all supported by our senior support team and the Help Desk Manager and Assistant Director of User Services, Susan Lees.
Please be patient with us as our newcomers get up to speed with our processes and procedures, and join us in welcoming them!
