ATTENTION JUNIORS! Are you interested in becoming a Senior Interviewer?

The Office of Undergraduate Admission invites candidates to apply for the position of Senior Interviewer for the 2008-2009 academic year. Senior Interviewers conduct interviews and information sessions with prospective first-year, transfer, and Dix students. They meet with many students and families throughout the year and play an important role in the college admission process. Their interactions with students and families influence admission decisions for prospective students and contribute to the decisions made by the Admission Committee.

Qualifications Senior Interviewers must be full-time students with senior status, have a 3.0 cumulative grade point average, strong communication skills, a sense of humor, be articulate, and able to relate effectively to a wide range of constituencies.
All undergraduate students who are rising seniors are encouraged to apply. (Dix Scholars candidates may apply as rising juniors or seniors.)

This is a competitively paid position in which a minimum of ten to fifteen hours per week is required during the fall semester, plus a few Saturday morning shifts. During the spring semester, only occasional Saturday duty is required with no commitment on weekdays.

Deadline Applications are now available in the Office of Undergraduate Admission, MCB C-116. The deadline to submit your application is Friday, March 14, 2008.
