Students: do you need microphones for a guest speaker, to show a movie, or any other media equipment for an event?
Technology is pleased to announce a newly improved process and form for student organizations to use to request equipment and media support. When you fill out this form and follow the step-by-step instructions, you will be giving us all the information Media Services needs to provide your event with the best service we can. This new form will also help us make sure we are consistent in how we support student events. And, we’ll even help you fill it out!
Please remember to plan ahead: we need the completed form at least 7 days before your event.
