ALL ARE WELCOME!
On Wednesday, April 9, 2008, from 1:00 - 2:30, the School of Social Work will sponsor a Symposium on U. S. Electoral Politics and the 2008 Presidential Elections. The event will take place in the Faculty Staff Dining Room.
Speakers for this event include our very own Leanne Doherty, Professor, Poltical Science Department, Donna Haid Freidman, Director, Centr for Social Policy Studies at the McCormack Public Policy Institute, and Sheila Martin, National Association of Social Workers Political Action Candidate Election Committee and form National Vice President of the League of Women Voters. The panel will be moderated by Gary Bailey, Associate Professor, School of Social Work.
