Fall 2008 semester MBTA order forms now available

Order forms for fall 2008 semester MBTA passes are now available online at http://my.simmons.edu/life/leadership/resources/mbta.shtml and outside the Office of Student Leadership (W-002, up the ramp from the book store in the Main College Building). Completed forms and payment (check or money order) are due to Student Leadership and Activities no later than Wednesday, August 6, 2008, at 4:30 p.m. Forms may be dropped off or mailed. Students who wish to pay in cash may do so at the Cashier’s Window (W-207), but must turn in a completed order form and proof of payment to Student Leadership and Activities in W-002 to complete the order. No credit cards, debit cards, or Fenway cards will be accepted as payment. No late orders will be accepted.
