SIGN UP NOW FOR YOUR WORK STUDY JOB FOR NEXT YEAR! Return to Simmons next fall not having to worry about finding a job, or a service learning or internship placement.

Jumpstart is a national nonprofit that works pairing college students with children in a low-income preschool. Read stories, sing songs and play games that support young children’™s school readiness! Earn a work-study wage and amazing experience in a classroom! Jumpstart is a tremendous resume builder as a meaningful service related job which builds skills and provides valuable classroom and leadership training. Jumpstart Corps members work 40 hours a week to complete a 200 hour time commitment from June 23rd-July 31st. Gain valuable skills and experience, work with an enthusiastic team of Simmons women, and make a memorable difference in the life of a child!
