Make your media requests for summer semester by May 15

The summer semester is fast approaching and it’s time to start planning your media needs. Please use the online request forms so that Media Services can accurately track and fulfill your requests. We can guarantee delivery and support for the first week of classes for requests received by May 13. Even if you do not require assistance with technology built into your classroom, please fill out a request form if you intend to use a computer or a/v equipment; that way if the built-in equipment fails, we will know to deliver an alternative for your class.
Below please find information about the 2 forms faculty and staff will find most useful at this time of year:
Request Media Equipment for Classrooms Please use this form to request media equipment for delivery to a classroom.
Media Broadcast Request Form Please use this form to request a multimedia (e.g. DVDs and VHS tapes) broadcast over the Simmons internal broadcast network (otherwise known as the Media Retrieval System). Media broadcast requests require no less than 5 days notice.
You will receive confirmation of your request within 3 days. Remember, the earlier we know what you need, the better and more reliable service we can provide.
