Sometime during Friday afternoon, May 9th, Simmons Information Commons and Lab PCs, including the GSLIS and Residence Lab computers, were disabled by a bug in the software used to remotely maintain them. As a result, users were not able to login. At this time, we believe we have diagnosed the issue, and all Information Commons and Lab computers will be available for use by 10:00am tomorrow, Saturday May 10th. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do not believe this issue has effected any office computers, however, if you experience a problem logging into any Simmons computer, please contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@simmons.edu) at 617-521-2222.
