Copy Center Transition

As previously announced, Toshiba Business Solutions will be providing Copy & Mail services for Simmons College effective July 31st. This change will involve replacing the copier equipment throughout the campuses over a period of time.
Next Wednesday, July 30th, only the copier equipment in the Copy & Mail Center will be transitioned. Consequently, copy services (not mail services) will be suspended for that one day. Toshiba will be open and ready to service the community on Thursday, July 31st.
In addition, the remaining copiers throughout the campuses will be transitioned over a three day period in late August. These dates have not been finalized but will be communicated shortly. Please be assured that when your copier is replaced, user training will be available to ensure a smooth transition.
Toshiba will be hosting an Open House to introduce their staff and the services offered.
