The Office of the General Counsel Website is designed to provide a primary location where members of the Simmons Community can find policies and procedures and answers to questions, as well as other information to assist you in your work at Simmons. The pages that follow represent the first phase of what I hope will become a comprehensive site for information for faculty, administration, and staff concerning legal issues, rights, and responsibilities within the higher education context and risk management at Simmons.
