NUTR 390 - Sem: Topics in Nutrition

Course Description

Prereq.: MATH 118, NUTR 311, one semester of behavioral science, and consent of the instructor. Examines in depth selected topics in nutrition. Introduces students to research methods and materials used in nutrition research. Emphasizes student initiative, participation, and leadership and expects integration and application of knowledge acquired throughout a students undergraduate classes. Supplements lectures and discussions with field trips and workshops. Metallinos-Katsaras.
