Did you know there is a database that will import references, from text files or online databases, and automatically format your paper and bibliography? Are you nervous about using Dialog for your Reference courses? Interested in searching an information science or general reference database? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you might want to think about signing up for a library workshop. Refworks, Dialog, ISTA, and InfoTrac workshops will be held March 3 through April 2. We offer library workshops, for GSLIS students, Tuesday and Thursdays at 10:00, 1:00, and 6:00 and Fridays and Saturdays at 10:00 and 1:00. Check out our workshop schedule at http://www.simmons.edu/libraries/gslis/workshops.html. Don't see a time or date that works for you? No problem. Email Bridget Capobianco, the GSLIS Library Assistant, at bridget.capobianco@simmons.edu to schedule a one-on-one workshop that will fit your schedule.
