Advising Statements and TOR due March 1

All first term students are required to complete Part I of the TOR and submit their Advising Statement by Wednesday, March 1:

1. Part I of the Technology Orientation Requirement (TOR) must be complete and submitted by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, March 1. Part II of the TOR is due by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 12. Failure to complete both sections by the posted deadlines will result in delayed registration for future coursework. The TOR booklet was distributed to each student at Orientation. If you have questions about the TOR, please contact the GSLIS Technology Lab at 617-521-2802.

2. The Advising Statement must be submitted to room P111 or via fax to 617-521-3192. The Advising Statement was explained to all first term students at Orientation. The Advising Statement may be downloaded at http://my.simmons.edu/gslis/resources/forms/forms.shtml and each student must have his/her advisor sign the form. Failure to submit the Advising Statement by the deadline may result in delayed registration for future coursework.
