On Friday, April 7th, the GSLIS Alumni Board presents GSLIS Alumni and Professional Development Day 2006, Breaking the Librarian Paradigm. For more details on the day’s events, visit the GSLIS Alumni Board Alumnet website events page: http://www.alumnet.simmons.edu/olc/pub/SNS/cpages/events.jsp?chapter=8

Attend for free!
Current GSLIS students have an opportunity to attend this event for free! Every year, GSLIS alumni, faculty, and staff sponsor students to attend this day long program, and many take advantage of this opportunity to network and make new acquaintances. Current GSLIS students will be able to enter a drawing to win a sponsored spot.
Watch your email for more information.

Students who don’t win a sponsored spot, or who wish to pay the student registration fee ($20.00 vs. $40 regular fee) may do so. Registration materials will be available soon.

Continuing Education Opportunities
