Petition to Graduate due March 1

Petitions to graduate for all students planning to complete the program in either May or August 2006 must be submitted to the GSLIS Administrative Office (room P111) by Wednesday, March 1, 2006. You may also fax the form to 617-521-3192 or mail it to: GSLIS Admission, 300 The Fenway, Boston, MA 01225, Attn: Graduation.

This is the FINAL call for petitions from May graduates. If you do not submit a petition by March 1, your graduation date may be delayed. Any student who is planning to finish the program in August 2006 but is unsure should submit the petition regardless. If your graduation date changes, please submit a new petition with the new graduation date.

If you have already submitted a petition and received confirmation, you do not need to submit another one.
